Licensed Model Artists and Design Credits

At Chibi Charms LLC, including our Chibi Charms and Chibi SnapCharm™ brands, we believe independent 3D artists should be credited and compensated for the commercial use of their work.

Some physical products offered through Chibi Charms and Chibi SnapCharm™ are created using 3D models designed by independent artists. These products are manufactured and sold under active commercial licenses obtained through each artist's official licensing platform.

Depending on the product, licensed models may also be adapted, finished, assembled, or integrated with the Chibi SnapCharm™ system when those modifications are permitted under the applicable artist's commercial license.

Each licensed product is physically printed, finished, assembled, packaged, and prepared for sale by Chibi Charms LLC.

Smoggy3D

The knitted-style characters offered within the Topkinz™ collection are based on original 3D models created by Smoggy3D.

Chibi Charms LLC maintains an active commercial license permitting us to manufacture and sell eligible physical prints of Smoggy3D models. Each character is printed, finished, assembled, and prepared for sale by Chibi Charms LLC and may be offered through the Chibi Charms or Chibi SnapCharm™ brands as applicable.

AGo3D

The Goofy Series characters, including designs featuring movable or oversized eyes, are based on original 3D models created by AGo3D.

Chibi Charms LLC maintains an active Print & Sell commercial license from AGo3D. This license permits us to produce and sell unlimited physical 3D prints of eligible AGo3D designs while our commercial membership remains active.

Each eligible character is printed, finished, assembled, and prepared for sale by Chibi Charms LLC. Although attribution is not required under the license, we proudly credit AGo3D as the original model designer.

novYTerra

The Grumpy Series characters offered within the Topkinz™ collection are based on original 3D models created by novYTerra.

Chibi Charms LLC maintains an active commercial membership permitting us to manufacture and sell physical prints of eligible original novYTerra models, including the complete Grumpy Series.

The license permits online and in-person sales of physical 3D-printed products while our membership remains active. We may select our own materials and colors, adjust models for print size, and make light modifications permitted under the membership terms while preserving the recognizable core design and visual style of the original artwork.

Each Grumpy Series character is physically printed, finished, assembled, and prepared for sale by Chibi Charms LLC. No digital files or commercial licensing rights are included with the purchase of a finished character.

Attribution is not required, but Chibi Charms LLC proudly credits novYTerra as the original designer of the Grumpy Series.

SofieClaire3D

Selected physical products offered through Chibi Charms and Chibi SnapCharm™ are based on original 3D models created by SofieClaire3D.

Chibi Charms LLC maintains an active Commercial License membership permitting us to manufacture and sell unlimited physical prints of eligible SofieClaire3D models while our membership remains active.

The license also permits Chibi Charms LLC to use the creator's approved model photographs and renders in product listings specifically promoting authorized physical prints of those models. When creator images are used, they remain the property of SofieClaire3D and are not presented as original Chibi Charms or Chibi SnapCharm™ photography or artwork.

Each physical product is printed, finished, assembled, packaged, and prepared for sale by Chibi Charms LLC. Digital STL and 3MF files, including modified versions, are not sold, shared, uploaded, transferred, or redistributed.

Attribution is appreciated but not required under the license. Chibi Charms LLC proudly credits SofieClaire3D as the original model designer.

Brian3D

The original Jumbo Pencil-Style Pen model used as the foundation for our Jumbo Pencil collection was created by Brian3D.

Chibi Charms LLC maintains an active Commercial Plus membership with Brian3D. This license permits us to manufacture and sell physical prints of eligible original models and create modified derivatives exclusively for physical printing.

The Commercial Plus license allows Chibi Charms LLC to:

• Sell authorized physical prints online and in person

• Use different printers, materials, and colors

• Paint, finish, and post-process printed products

• Scale models for physical printing

• Modify model geometry for physical-print derivatives

• Use approved creator photos, videos, and model descriptions in product listings

This permission allows us to make functional adjustments and integrate the Chibi SnapCharm™ system into our finished Jumbo Pencil designs.

Each Jumbo Pencil is physically printed, modified, assembled, finished, and prepared for sale by Chibi Charms LLC and may be sold under the Chibi Charms or Chibi SnapCharm™ brand as applicable.

The Commercial Plus license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and remains valid only while Chibi Charms LLC maintains an active membership. Digital models and modified files are not redistributed, shared, sold, transferred, or publicly uploaded.

Topkinz™ is a trademark of Chibi Charms LLC and identifies our finished collectible character product line.

The Topkinz™ name and branding do not represent ownership of third-party model designs. Copyright and ownership of licensed 3D models remain with their respective creators.

Chibi Charms LLC is responsible for the printing, finishing, assembly, product presentation, packaging, and, where applicable, Chibi SnapCharm™ system integration of the finished products sold through our brands.

Chibi SnapCharm™ is a brand of Chibi Charms LLC and identifies our system of interchangeable, collectible, and customizable products and accessories.

Integration of a licensed third-party model into a Chibi SnapCharm™ product does not transfer ownership of the underlying third-party model to Chibi Charms LLC. Copyright and ownership of licensed models remain with their respective creators.

Chibi Charms LLC is responsible for any permitted modifications, physical production, assembly, Chibi SnapCharm™ integration, finishing, packaging, and presentation added to the finished product.

Physical Products Only

All licensed-model products offered through the Chibi Charms and Chibi SnapCharm™ websites are finished physical products manufactured by Chibi Charms LLC.
