Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Chibi SnapCharm™ website.
Chibi SnapCharm™ is operated by Chibi Charms LLC. By accessing this website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.
Intended Audience
Chibi SnapCharm™ products are collectible stationery, writing accessories, and desk accessories intended for ages 13 and older.
They are not intended for children under 13.
Customers under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase and must use an authorized payment method.
Product Safety
Certain Chibi SnapCharm™ products contain enclosed magnets as part of the interchangeable attachment system.
Do not intentionally open, cut, drill, crush, pry apart, or otherwise modify magnetic components.
If a product becomes cracked or damaged in a way that could expose an internal magnet, discontinue use immediately and keep the damaged product and any separated components away from children and pets.
Magnets must never be placed in the mouth or swallowed.
If magnet ingestion is known or suspected, seek immediate medical attention.
Keep magnetic products away from young children and pets.
Individuals with pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators, or other implanted medical devices should follow the guidance provided by their device manufacturer or healthcare provider regarding exposure to magnets.
Product Use
Products must be used for their intended purpose.
Chibi SnapCharm™ products should not be chewed, placed in the mouth, intentionally broken, altered, or used in any manner that could expose internal components.
Products should be inspected periodically and discontinued from use if materially damaged.
Handmade and 3D-Printed Products
Many products are handmade or 3D printed.
Minor manufacturing variations, including visible layer lines, seams, slight texture differences, and minor color variation, are normal and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Product photographs are intended to accurately represent our products, but differences in screens, lighting, materials, and production batches may result in minor variations.
Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Pricing and Errors
We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability.
If a material pricing, description, or inventory error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill an order based on an obvious error.
Custom and Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections, spelling, names, colors, characters, and customization information before submitting an order.
Chibi SnapCharm™ is not responsible for errors contained in personalization information supplied or approved by the customer.
Custom and personalized products are final sale except where damaged, defective, incorrectly produced by us, or otherwise required by law.
Compatibility
Products described as Chibi SnapCharm™ or SnapCharm-compatible are designed for the compatibility stated in their individual listings.
Performance may vary when products are modified or combined with unofficial, altered, or third-party components.
For best performance, use official Chibi SnapCharm™ components as directed.
Intellectual Property
The Chibi SnapCharm™ name, logos, branding, artwork, photographs, written materials, product presentation, and other proprietary content belonging to Chibi Charms LLC may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without authorization except as permitted by law.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of our trademarks, copyrights, designs, or other intellectual property.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website to commit fraud, interfere with store operations, distribute malicious software, scrape or misuse protected content, impersonate another person, submit false payment information, or violate applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chibi Charms LLC and Chibi SnapCharm™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from improper use, unauthorized modification, or misuse of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without limiting consumer rights that apply under another jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be waived.
